A marketer told me something frustrating this week.

The marketers who land great roles don’t approach job hunting like this.

They do three things differently.

First, they get clear on their next move. Not just “I want a better job”, but the exact type of role, team, and company where they can do their best work.

Second, they position themselves properly. So hiring managers immediately understand their value.

Third, they approach the job market strategically, not reactively.

That’s the difference between a frustrating job search…

…and one that actually moves your career forward.
